We collect only the information needed to run tournaments — your name, contact details and the tournament data you submit. We use it to operate registrations, pairings, results and payments.

We do not sell your personal data. Organizers and arbiters can see participant data for the tournaments they run. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].
